Elementary Classes

Spotlight! for 4th & 5th Grades

Deepening Faith, Exploring Creation, and Discovering History

Spotlight! 4/5 challenges students to grow in their understanding of a biblical worldview through an engaging study of who God is and the Church Age. Students will explore how they can truly know God while observing His faithfulness throughout church history. Through Bible stories, scripture memory, and notebook journaling, your child will connect faith with history in a meaningful way.

In science, we’ll dive into the wonders of botany as students explore God’s creation. From studying birds and insects to discovering the intricacies of plants, your child will enjoy hands-on experiments, notebook journaling, and dynamic class presentations that bring creation to life.

History comes alive as students journey through chronological world events, guided by stories from A Child’s History of the World. By connecting historical events with the Bible and the Church Age, your child will develop a deeper understanding of God’s hand in history. Activities include building a classroom timeline, exploring maps, and completing creative notebook assignments.

Spotlight! 4/5 offers an enriching experience where faith, science, and history converge to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning!
