Our Why.

The Bridge Tutorial exists to provide community support for families that are homeschooling their children. We endeavor to provide a safe, challenging, and supportive environment where students are inspired to love the Lord, cultivate a love of learning, and excel in education—all through the lens of a Christian worldview.

Our Mission
We purpose to provide support, encouragement, and assistance to families who desire to inspire their children toward godliness and provide excellence in education.

Our Educational Philosophy

Everything we undertake to accomplish at The Bridge has grown out of our underlying philosophy of education that has at its root three main tenets.

I. All wisdom, knowledge, and understanding originate with God.
For the LORD gives wisdom: out of His mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 2:6

II. Each child is unique in the gifts, abilities, and purpose for which he/she was created.
My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in secret when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all my days were written in Your book and ordained for me before one of them came to be. Psalm 139:15, 16

III. God has given parents the principal role of overseeing the education of their children
Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children... Deuteronomy 6:4-7

These three foundational principles guide the mission and purpose of The Bridge Tutorial and in turn, governs WHO is chosen to teach and WHAT curricula is chosen to influence the heart of your child.

“That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:2,3
