Spotlight! for Kindergarten & 1st Grade

Exploring Faith, Nature, and Community

Spotlight! K/1 invites young learners on a delightful journey through the Old Testament, following a chronological study of key Bible stories. Through engaging lessons, scripture memory, and foundational Bible skills, your child will discover the wonders of God’s Word.

In science, we’ll dive into a nature study of the four seasons, exploring the beauty of the world around us. With the help of captivating living books, nature notebooking, and hands-on projects, your child will develop curiosity and a love for the changing seasons.

Our history curriculum introduces social studies topics that inspire wonder and connection. From learning about community helpers to discovering America and children from around the world, your child will build a meaningful understanding of their place in the broader community.

Spotlight! K/1 also includes plenty of creative and exploratory activities with STEM challenges, arts and crafts, and free play, fostering imagination, problem-solving, and friendships.

Spark your child’s love for learning in Spotlight! K/1 — a joyful blend of faith, discovery, and fun!
