The focus of English this year is to expose students to the rich literary traditions exemplified by British writers throughout history. Studying various genres—poetry, plays, and novels—this class will center on learning ideas (rather than the memorization of facts) through engaging classroom discussion and practicing critical writing skills using The Lost Tools of Writing.

Textbook and Other Materials:  Tutor will provide supply list and literature list upon registration.
