In Exploring Economics, Ray Notgrass employs his narrative, conversational style to explain what economics means to the average person and its impact on their daily lives. Your student will take a fascinating and relevant guided tour through the world of economics to not only become a better steward but become informed on the economy on the personal, household, local, national, and international level. They will be amazed at the world of economics!
  • Students will study the biblical view of stewardship, wealth, and work as they learn about capitalism in a free market economy.
  • Competition, investment cycles, recession, inflation, supply and demand, and government influence upon economics are a few of the topics covered.
  • Ever hear the phrase, “There’s no such thing as a free lunch?” Students will learn why that is a true statement.
  • Students will enjoy lively discussion in the classroom as critical thinking skills are developed
