In Health in Christian Perspective, the avid reader will learn the ins and outs of maintaining a healthy body specifically in the areas of exercise, personal hygiene, first-aid, and mental health. Throughout the weeks of the class, the students will learn what happens within the body to defend against infectious diseases as well as the negative effects of substance abuse.

Students taking the course will acquire valuable life lessons through hands-on triage and CPR demonstrations, thorough disease studies, and through nutrition-related science experiments. In the classroom, students will have the chance to demonstrate their skills during first-aid case studies and to expand their brain through mind-teasing puzzles.
